The swimming event will take place in St. François Bay, where one (1) 750 m loop will be marked by buoys.
Cyclists will complete four (4) 5 km loops along the downtown streets on a flat course totalling 20 km. For safety reasons, the bike course will be closed to traffic.
Flat course marked within Delpha-Sauvé Park and the Valleyfield Marina. Participants will have to complete one (1) 5 km loop.
The top three men and women finishers will be given medals.
