CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by the organization due to a force majeure such as a pandemic. If the event is cancelled, participants have two choices: refund or deferral to the following year.

In case of cancellation:

Refund:

The organization will refund the registration fee paid by the participant. The one-day Triathlon Quebec license fee (in the case of a non-member) as well as the MS-1 administrative fee are not refundable. A $2.50 refund fee will also be charged to the participant.

Deferral:

The participant may also defer his or her registration for the 2023 edition, but will have to pay the one-day Triathlon Quebec license fee again if he or she is not a member as well as the administrative fee for the transfer.

Triathlon Quebec Fee Refund Policy :

Triathlon Quebec one-day membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
*Participants cannot transfer their registration to another person.
