Starting from Delpha-Sauvé Park, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield

Participants in the Sprint Duathlon will have to complete two (2) 2.5 km loops within Delpha-Sauvé Park, totalling 5 km.
Cyclists will complete four (4) 5 km loops along the downtown streets on a flat course totalling 20 km. For safety reasons, the bike course will be closed to traffic.
Flat course marked within Delpha-Sauvé Park and the Valleyfield Marina. Participants will have to complete one (1) 2.5 km loop.
The top three men and women finishers will receive medals.
